Welcome to American Edge Real Estate Services, Inc., the premier property management company in Menomonie, WI. Please use the following instructions for how to fill out your application: 

1. Search for the address of the property you want to apply for. 

2. Click on the property. 

3. Click on "waitlist". If your property does not have a waitlist and says "Apply Now", click "Apply Now" and proceed with the application. 

4. Click "Add to Waitlist".

5. Follow the steps to fill out your application. 

6. Once complete, you can add your roommates and invite them to fill out their applications. Each person over the age of 18 must fill out an application.
